Registration

Author registration requirements:

Authors must register by December 15, 2024 December 17, 2024.

 • Each conference contribution must be covered by ONE individual author registration

 • For each contribution, authors are allowed to purchase up to two extra pages

Included in the registration fee:

For authors:

• Publication of your accepted contribution in the proceedings and IEEE Xplore (if and only if it is presented at the conference) pending a positive verification of IEEE.

For all onsite participants:

 • Free access to online proceedings during the conference (including download option)

 • Free access to all on-site conference events including workshops and social events (reception/dinner)

 • Access to the conference Discord server for Q&A interaction and streaming of most sessions 

 • On-site coffee / lunch breaks

For remote attendance:

 • Free access to online proceedings during the conference (including download option)

 • Access to the conference Discord server for Q&A interaction and streaming of most sessions 

Invitation letter for visa request:

Participants who need a visa to travel to Portugal can request an invitation letter by sending an email to aixvr@tecnico.ulisboa.pt.

Remote presentation:

Be aware that AIxVR is a “physical first” event, meaning that you can present your own paper online if you are not able to travel to Lisbon, but you may not be able to attend other events remotely.
